We're Ryan and Connor — brothers from London with very different careers, but the same experience: applying for job after job and rarely making it past the first hurdle.
Between us, we've submitted thousands of applications. Ryan, after graduating from Imperial with a computer science degree. Connor, trying to break into marketing after university. Too often, we never even made it to an interview.

We came to see that the issue wasn't us — it was how the hiring system shuts out so many good candidates before they even get a chance. The "keyword matching" that filters out qualified people. The biased algorithms. The black-box ATS systems that no one understands.
